Welcome to Esthetix Spa (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, website, and facilities. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or visiting our premises, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Esthetix Spa offers spa and wellness treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, and relaxation therapies. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information when booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if information is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Payments

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods displayed on our website or in-store.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee or result in the loss of a deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

  • In the event we cancel your appointment, any deposits paid will be refunded or credited toward a future booking.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before receiving treatments.

  • Esthetix Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed health conditions.

  • We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

  • Any disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esthetix Spa shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Esthetix Spa and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with US and UK data protection laws.

  • For US clients, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • For UK and EU clients, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting your statutory rights.
