At Esthetix Spa (“we,” “our,” “us”), we primarily provide in-person spa services. However, we also offer physical and digital products, such as gift cards, skincare products, and wellness accessories, which may be shipped to you.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • In case of delays due to stock availability or high demand, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail) to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days.

  • UK & International: 7–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.

  • Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.

  • We ship internationally to select countries.

  • Spa services are performed in person at our physical location and are not eligible for shipping.
